A parent or guardian always creates and owns the account. Children never sign up themselves and never have their own login credentials — they use profiles inside your family space.

After signing up you're guided through onboarding: confirm you're the parent or guardian, add a child's first name and age range, choose a Journey Buddy and pick the Journeys you'd like to follow.

The free plan includes one child profile. Family plans include up to four, and larger families can add more.

A Journey is anything a child is working on or enjoying — reading, football, kindness, music, learning to swim. You can pick from our suggestions or create your own.

A moment is a small entry on a Journey: a photo, a note, a first attempt, a milestone. Moments are the record — the plant is just the picture of them.

Never. A quiet week is not a failure. The plant only ever grows or waits patiently, so children are never punished for a break.

No. There are no rankings, no comparisons with other children and no public feeds. Growth Points only ever compare a child with their own past.

No. Journae Kids is private by design. There is no public sharing, no followers and no discovery. Only your family account can see your content.

Settings, billing, exports and deletion are protected behind a parent-only check — a short PIN you set. It keeps children out of account controls while keeping their own space open.

No advertising, no ad networks and no selling of data — ever.

You can delete an individual child profile or the whole account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your family's content from our systems. You can export everything first.

Use the 'forgot password' link on the login page. We'll email a secure reset link to the parent email on the account.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the free plan is always available.

Schools and clubs get class-level setup, safeguarding documentation and teacher accounts. Contact us and we'll walk you through it.
