Terms of Service

1. Who can use Journae Kids

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add. By creating an account you confirm you have authority to provide that information.

2. Your account

Keep your password and parent PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content back to your family within the service. We do not use your content for advertising or for training third-party models.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
• Do not add information about children you are not responsible for.
• Do not attempt to breach the security of the service or other accounts.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

A free plan is always available. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not generally refund part-used periods except where the law requires it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features to improve safety, performance or usefulness.

7. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or where required by law.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact
